Cancellation Policy regarding the Summer School and Conference

1. If a registrant is unable to attend the Summer School and/or Conference for any reason, he/she may contact the conference organisers to consider replacement by another person of the same institute/organisation.
2. If a registrant is unable to attend the Summer School and/or Conference for any reason, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

• Registrations cancelled before August 20th 2026 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees and Conference Dinner.
• Registrations cancelled after August 20th 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.

Bank transfer costs related to refunds for non-EU persons will be for the registrants account.
