Cancellation Policy - Summer School

1. If a registrant is unable to attend the summer school for any reason, he/she may contact the summer school organisers to consider replacement by another person of the same institute/organisation.
2. If a registrant is unable to attend the summer school for any reason, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

• Registrations cancelled before August 22nd 2022 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
• Registrations cancelled after August 22nd 2022 will not be eligible for a refund.

   
Bank transfer costs related to refunds for non-EU persons will be for the registrants account.
